The vehicle must be returned in the exact same condition as it was handed over.
In case of vehicle theft, daily rent continues until the total value stated on the agreement form is fully paid.
In case of an accident, daily rent continues during repair work until the vehicle is fully restored.
In case of accident or damage, repairs must only be done at the owner's designated workshop.
If the vehicle is involved in illegal activity, impounded, or suffers total loss, the renting party must pay the full value stated on the form.
If the vehicle undergoes repair at a workshop, rent remains applicable for the entire duration of the repair.
One rental day is 12 hours. If the vehicle is returned after the agreed 12-hour period, a late fine of PKR 500 will be charged for every additional hour.
